Beijing Setalong International Cultural and Creative Park, jointly invested in by the Capital Agribusiness Group and China Electric Power Media Group, is conveniently located east of Shuangqiao East Road and south of the soon-to-be-opened extended Guangqu Road. The park enjoys an excellent transportation position, covering an area of 72 acres with a built-up area of 24,000 square meters. Originally the former Beijing Shengli Building Materials Cement Depot, it uniquely features 46 silos and retains two well-preserved railway lines over 400 meters long. During the renovation process, great emphasis was placed on preserving the over 30-year-old factory buildings and industrial relics, while incorporating fashionable elements to organically blend traditional industrial heritage with modern artistic creativity.
