By taking a bus from Pu'er and traveling west along the Si(Mao)-Lan(Cang) Highway, you will reach the Lancang River Bridge, which marks the boundary between Pu'er City and Lancang County, located about 20 kilometers northwest of Zhulin Township Government in Pu'er City. In the middle of the Lancang River near the bridge stands a huge reef, which has been known as "Tiger Leaping Rock" for thousands of years. Along with the nearby Dazhonghe Waterfall and Nanpahe Waterfall, it was included on November 8, 1982, by the State Council as the 40th site of the "First Batch of National Key Scenic Spots." Legend has it that in ancient times, a brave tiger leaped across the river from this reef, leaving its footprints behind, hence the name. During the dry season, the reef is about 9.2 meters from the north bank and 3.5 meters from the south bank of the river. The entire reef is 300 meters long, 50 meters wide, and covers an area of 15,000 square meters. The Lancang River flows through this area, and due to the narrow channel, the water is swift and turbulent, often making boat passage here quite perilous. Not far east of the reef, a large stone arch bridge spans the Lancang River, and visitors often take photos on the bridge with Tiger Leaping Rock in the background as a memorable keepsake.

The Dazhonghe Waterfall and Natural Bridge are located in the Dazhonghe Valley, west of Cuiyun Township in Pu'er, not far from Tiger Leaping Rock. The waterfall is situated at the point where the Dazhonghe River meets the Lancang River. Visitors can see the sudden drop in the riverbed, forming a spectacular waterfall with a drop of several dozen meters, where multi-tiered cascading waters plunge into the Lancang River. A natural bridge also forms near the waterfall. Not far away, the Lancang River roars with muddy, surging waters, while the waters below the waterfall remain clear, attracting fish that swim eagerly upstream, making it a great spot for fishing.

The waves are tumultuous, the river water is murky, but the water below the waterfall is clear. Fish striving to swim up into the clearer water create a lively scene, making this an excellent place for fishing.

The Nanpahe Waterfall is located about 1.5 kilometers west of Zhulin Township Government in Pu'er, approximately 1.5 kilometers from the edge of the Lancang River. "Nanpa" means "many reefs in the river" in the Dai language. The Nanpahe River is a perennial river, originating from the vicinity of Guanshan and Nabin Tian Village, flowing from northeast to southwest, passing through Dadi Nanpahe Village before joining the Lancang River. The Nanpahe River is 11 kilometers long and 3 meters wide. In the lower reaches of the river, there is a large waterfall with a vertical drop of 150 meters and a width of 2.5 meters. During the flood season, water rushes down the cliff with tremendous force, roaring powerfully and creating a thunderous sound. In the dry season, the water flow is smaller but the drop remains significant, with the water spraying down like fine rain. From a distance, the waterfall resembles a white ribbon hanging in the sky, shimmering with silver light. When the sunlight hits it, a seven-colored rainbow appears. Visitors who come here are greeted by splashing water, echoing mountain winds, and cool breezes. Lush flowers, bamboo groves, and dense forests surround the waterfall on both sides. After visiting, many praise it as one of the scenic highlights within Pu'er.
