Yuping Wuyang River National Wetland Park The planned total area of Yuping Wuyang River National Wetland Park is 860.3 hectares. It features unique natural landscapes, diverse habitats, good ecological conditions, and abundant biological species resources. There are 665 species of wild plants from 419 genera and 150 families, as well as wildlife from 5 classes, 32 orders, 71 families, and 213 species. Among them, there are 17 species of nationally protected wild animals and plants (Class I and II), 31 species under key protection in Guizhou Province, and 5 endemic species to China. It is the wetland with the highest level of conservation effort and most effective protection outcomes in Yuping County.
