1. Scenic Area Introduction: The Guimian Maba Village Scenic Area is located in Xingxi Village, Yanshan Town, Guimian County. It has improved rural tourism infrastructure to meet the cultural, sports, and spiritual needs of local residents, significantly enhancing the village’s appearance, living environment, and ecological conditions. This has fostered the development of rural leisure tourism. By integrating with local industries, the area has improved agricultural infrastructure and accelerated adjustments in agricultural industrial structure. A modern, high-efficiency agricultural sightseeing belt has been established, comprising 10,000 acres of Rosa roxburghii orchards, 1,500 acres of crisp plum orchards, 1,000 acres of standardized tea plantations, 500 acres of bottle gourd bases, 500 acres of red-flesh kiwi fruit sightseeing gardens, 100 acres of cherry blossom viewing parks, and 100 acres of edible fungus bases. These developments promote sightseeing agriculture and rural tourism. The Maba Rural Tourism Development Company was established to standardize rural tourism management and consolidate scattered funds from villagers to invest in rural development. Today, Maba Village attracts over 100,000 domestic and international tourists annually. During peak tourist seasons, nearly all 42 households are engaged in tourism catering services, with more than 20 operating “farm stays.” In 2010, the per capita income of Maba villagers was only 3,600 yuan, but it has now increased to over 7,126 yuan. The highest annual tourism income among households reaches 70,000–80,000 yuan, while the lowest is around 50,000 yuan.
