East Suburban Forest Park

East Suburban Forest Park is located at the junction of Tongzhou, Shunyi, and Chaoyang districts. Its southern edge is adjacent to Tongzhou New Town, while the northern part connects with the Capital International Airport, the Airport Industrial Base, and the Shunyi Modern Manufacturing Base. The planned area spans 89,000 mu, with the first phase completed within the year and the entire project finished by 2020. Completed in 2013: the cycling greenway, with a total length of 7.7 kilometers, is located within East Suburban Forest Park. It starts from Jinyu Road in the west, heads north through the 2013 plain afforestation area in Chaoyang, extends southeast along the forested land outside the Wenyu River embankment, and ends at Yingezhuang Bridge.
