After passing through Yue’aili Town, turn right at the entrance to Heming Mountain and continue straight ahead. It’s a mountain valley with a rushing stream, flanked by high mountains covered in lush bamboo and trees. On the right side of the river, you can drive up to the mountaintop, where plum and plum blossom trees cover the slopes. If you visit in season, the yellow rapeseed flowers create a beautiful scene. There is also TianGu Cave, said to be the place where the founder of Heming Mountain once practiced.

The most representative site in Wushan is Kaihua Temple, which has a history of several hundred years. However, most of its structures were damaged in the 2008 earthquake, leaving only the Jiewang Pavilion Temple.

The scenery is absolutely stunning, with streams murmuring down the mountain, birds chirping, and flowers in bloom — making it a great destination for leisure and summer retreat.
