During the meeting, President Zhao Yun and Vice President Zhao Hong introduced to the guests the composition of Hiyoyo Resort Group’s products, investment models, and operational approaches, and provided detailed explanations regarding the mix of business formats, planning and design, and project timeline for the Hiyoyo Tianxia Resort City in Huashuiwan, Dayi. They also presented Hiyoyo’s insights and proposed solutions to major challenges facing Dayi County, such as significant seasonal fluctuations in tourist volume and an insufficient supply of high-quality resort services. Secretary Li Liao spoke highly of Hiyoyo’s precise positioning and efficient proposals.
Subsequently, Li Jiankang, Deputy County Governor of Dayi, gave a comprehensive presentation on the county’s tourism resources and current land availability, expressing the government’s firm stance and supportive role in attracting investment, and pledging strong support for the rapid implementation and land provision of the Hiyoyo Dayi project.
Secretary Li Liao noted from a strategic perspective that Chengdu’s new round of urban planning is high-standard and ambitious, and the city’s robust development will accelerate the formation of a major metropolitan circle in southwestern China. On the path toward building a world-class leisure tourism destination, Chengdu calls for high-caliber resort products.
