Cliff Carvings at Hupi Spring

The cliff carvings at Hupi Spring are a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit in Chengdu.

The cliff carvings at Hupi Spring are located in Xieyuan Township, Dayi County, dating back to the Tang and Five Dynasties periods.

On September 28, 2013, the Chengdu Municipal People's Government designated them as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural relics protection units.

The protected area extends 50 meters uphill to the forested areas of Zhang Caiyun, Yang Mingsong, and Yang Mingfu, 45 meters forward to the forested area of Zhang Shaochun; 40 meters to the left to the forested area of Zhang Kecheng; and 40 meters to the right to the forested area of Zhang Caitian.
