Zhangjiayao Mound is located in Group 10, Fengqi Village, Yutang Town, Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, within a shallow hilly area. It spans an area of 2,092.51 square meters and was a celadon kiln site from the Tang and Song dynasties. The mound is surrounded by discarded celadon shards and kiln tools, with small ring-footed bowls in the vicinity exhibiting typical Song Dynasty styles. The artifacts are divided into two categories: ceramics and kiln tools. Ceramic items include bowls, small double-handled jars, pouring pots, with bowls being the most common. Glaze colors include green, white, brownish-red, light green, and light blue opaque glaze, among which green glaze is the most frequently seen, often featuring fine crackles on the surface. Kiln tools consist of padding plates, padding rings, supports, and padding strips. The Yutang Kiln Site holds significant importance for studying the commodity circulation and cultural exchange between the Chengdu Plain and the northwestern Sichuan Plateau, as well as the interactions between the Han ethnic group and the Tibetan-Qiang peoples in Sichuan. It is also considered one of the birthplaces of underglaze color techniques, boasting high historical and scientific value.

Fengqi Community: Fengqi Village is situated between the World Heritage sites of Dujiangyan and Qingcheng Mountain, serving as a gateway to the Aba Tibetan-Qiang Autonomous Prefecture and a key node along the golden tourist routes to Qingcheng Mountain, Huanglong, Jiuzhaigou, and Mount Siguniang. It lies within the Sichuan West Tourism Loop and near Baojing Avenue. The village’s Wolniu Mountain connects to “God of Wealth” Mount Zhao Gong. To the north, it borders Baima Village, approximately 1 kilometer from Panda Valley; to the south, it reaches Zhongxing Town; to the east, it neighbors Xinsheng Village and adjoins the CITIC Golf Sports Park, about 6 kilometers from the city center—boasting a highly advantageous location.
