The Tangjia Kiln Mound is situated in Group 10, Fengqi Village, Yutang Town, Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, Sichuan. Located in a hilly area, it covers a distribution area of 3,374.55 square meters and was an ancient celadon kiln site from the Tang and Song dynasties. The area around the mound is scattered with discarded celadon shards, kiln tools, and small ring-footed bowls that exhibit typical Song Dynasty styles. The artifacts fall into two main categories: ceramics and kiln tools. Among the ceramics, vessel types include bowls, plates, ewers, saucers, and pouring pots. Glaze colors feature celadon, yellow, brownish-red, white, as well as green and light green opaque glazes, with green and light green opaque glazes being more common. The light green opaque glaze surfaces often display fine crackling. Kiln tools consist of padding boards, padding tubes, supports, and padding strips. The Yutang Kiln Site holds significant importance for studying the commodity circulation and cultural exchanges between the Chengdu Plain and the northwestern Sichuan Plateau, as well as the interactions between the Han ethnic group and the Tibetan-Qiang peoples in Sichuan. It is also considered one of the birthplaces of underglaze decoration and possesses considerable historical and scientific value.

Fengqi Community: Fengqi Village is located between the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Dujiangyan and Qingcheng Mountain, serving as a gateway to the Aba Tibetan-Qiang Autonomous Prefecture and a key node along the golden tourism routes to Qingcheng Mountain, Huanglong, Jiuzhaigou, and Mount Siguniang. It lies along the Western Sichuan Tourism Loop and near Baojing Avenue. Within the village, Wolniu Mountain connects to “God of Wealth” Mount Zhao Gong. To the north, it borders Baima Village and is about 1 kilometer from Panda Valley; to the south, it extends to Zhongxing Town; to the east, it neighbors Xinsheng Village and is adjacent to the CITIC Golf Sports Park, approximately 6 kilometers from the city center—boasting a highly advantageous geographical location.
