Yangjiayao Mound is located in Group 9, Fengqi Village, Yutang Town, Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Situated in a hilly region, it covers an area of 2,981.11 square meters and was a celadon series kiln site during the Tang and Song dynasties. The surrounding area of the mound is scattered with discarded celadon shards, kiln tools, and small ring-footed bowls that exhibit typical Song Dynasty styles. The main types include ceramics and kiln tools. The ceramic items consist of vessels such as bowls, basins, stoves, and plates, with bowls being the most common. Glaze colors include white, celadon, as well as green and blue opaque glazes, with the latter two being more frequently seen. Kiln tools mainly include padding rings and supporting pegs. The Yutang Kiln site holds significant importance for studying commodity circulation and cultural exchange between the Chengdu Plain and the northwestern Sichuan Plateau, as well as the interactions between Han Chinese and Tibetan-Qiang ethnic groups in the Sichuan region. It is also considered one of the birthplaces of underglaze color techniques, boasting high historical and scientific value.

Located along the western Sichuan tourism loop and near Baojing Avenue, the village features the Crouching Ox Mountain, which connects to “God of Wealth” Mount Zhao Gong. To the north, it borders Baima Village, approximately 1 kilometer from Panda Valley; to the south, it reaches Zhongxing Town; to the east, it neighbors Xinsheng Village, adjacent to the CITIC Golf Sports Park, about 6 kilometers from the city center—offering a highly advantageous geographic location.
