Zhengwu Palace on Qingcheng Mountain is located in the western part of the Qingcheng Front Mountain scenic area in Dujiangyan City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, beneath the eastern cliff of Xuanyuan Peak, approximately 400 meters east of Tian Shi Dong. Originally built during the Tang Dynasty, it was initially named Qingdu Guan and Dongtian Guan. It was rebuilt in the 17th year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty and renamed Zhengwu Palace. The existing structures date back to the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty (1875–1908). The architectural complex covers an area of 1,840 square meters, with a built-up area of 303 square meters. It faces east and follows a courtyard layout along a central axis, consisting sequentially of the mountain gate, San Guan Dian (Three Officials Hall), and side chambers on both sides. The building style features a mixed wooden beam frame and a hanging gable roof. The San Guan Dian is three bays wide (12.6 meters), three bays deep (7.7 meters), and 6.49 meters high, with a mixed wooden beam frame, a hanging gable roof, and a tiled roof with small green tiles. The right side of the architectural complex extends over a terrace and uses a series of stilted buildings for support. The structure remains largely intact. Zhengwu Palace demonstrates high achievements in site selection, plan layout, spatial treatment, artistic characteristics, and functional use. It holds significant value for studying the development and evolution of Taoism on Qingcheng Mountain, as well as the construction of Taoist architecture there.

Qingchengshan Town: In 2014, with the approval of the People's Government of Sichuan Province, Dujiangyan City adjusted some of its administrative divisions. Zipingpu Town, Hongkou Township, and Cuiyuehu Town were abolished. The administrative areas previously under Zipingpu Town and Hongkou Township were placed under the jurisdiction of Longchi Town, while the administrative area of Cuiyuehu Town was placed under the jurisdiction of Qingchengshan Town.
