Introduction to Ya'an Zhangjia Mountain Park The only park in Ya'an City — Zhangjia Mountain Park — was proposed by the former Ya'an Municipal People's Government in August 1985. Thanks to donations from numerous organizations and citizens, it was completed in 1992 as a place for residents to relax, improve their health, and cultivate their minds. Covering an area of over 290 acres, the park features high mountains and deep valleys.

Stepping into Zhangjia Mountain Park, you’ll find lush osmanthus trees and fresh air, with the fragrance of osmanthus filling the air in the groves. There’s a rich variety of osmanthus on display — vibrant golden osmanthus, elegant silver osmanthus, pale red crimson osmanthus, and creamy yellow four-season osmanthus — all breathtakingly beautiful. You can sit in a teahouse, sipping tea while admiring the osmanthus, or stroll along the bluestone path to enjoy the enchanting experience of the “Ten-Mile Osmanthus Corridor.”
