Former Site of the Office Building of the People's Committee of Xikang Province

The former site of the Office Building of the People's Committee of Xikang Province is a cultural relic protection unit of Sichuan Province.

Office Building of the People's Committee of Xikang Province

Originally named "Kang Building," it is located in the First Administrative Area of Sichuan Agricultural University in Yucheng District, Ya'an City, and was built in December 1951 as the office space for the People's Committee of Xikang Province. The building is a two-story brick-and-wood structure in a Soviet-inspired style, featuring left-right central axis symmetry, a regular floor plan, higher in the middle and lower on both sides. It covers a construction area of 2,378 square meters and contains over 50 rooms. It is a provincial-level cultural relic protection unit.

Protected Area: Extend 10 meters to the northeast from the boundary of the site, and 20 meters in all other directions.

Construction Control Zone: Extend 30 meters beyond the protected area.
