Yuewang Tower · Sanjiang Peninsula Scenic Area is located at the junction of Fucheng District and Youxian District in Mianyang City. The scenic area consists of two major zones: Yuewang Tower and Sanjiang Peninsula, featuring landscape nodes such as the Tang Dynasty Tower Piercing the Sky, Five Bridges Flowing with Emerald Hues, Iron Ox Calming the Waters, Urban Bird Island, Dragon Worshiping the Southern Mountain, Lakeside Dawn, Vast Glazed Waters, Elder Fu Fishing in the Mist, Dongjin Ancient Ferry, and Fule Immortal's Trail.

Yuewang Tower is one of the core attractions of the scenic area, situated atop Guishan Hill in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province. It was built by Li Zhen, the Prince of Yue and the eighth son of Emperor Taizong of Tang, during his tenure as Prefect of Mianzhou.

The currently visible ancient tower is a restored and rebuilt version. Standing 99 meters tall, the structure boasts a grand scale with luxurious and magnificent details.

Sanjiang Peninsula

These three rivers refer to the Fujiang River, Anchang River, and Furong Stream, which converge here. The water area is expansive, with deep-flowing currents. Cruise boats navigate the waters year-round.

The surrounding environment of the Sanjiang Peninsula has also developed quite maturely, with riverside residential complexes, picturesque views of Mianyang, the bird island in the lake, and nearby attractions such as Fule Mountain, Nanshan Temple, and Yuewang Tower.

In recent years, the luxurious Peach Blossom Island has also been developed here. The waters nurture birds, and seagulls soar overhead.
