The Tongjiang Red Army Stone Carving Slogans Cluster is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit and a classic red tourism destination.

1. Writing Rock Red Army Stone Carving Slogans (Tongjiang County)

Protection Zone: Extend 40 meters backward and outward from the top of the cliff where the slogans are located, with the cliff fronting a river, and 50 meters outward to the right of the character "政" and 50 meters outward to the left of the character "活".

Construction Control Zone: Extend 20 meters beyond the Protection Zone.

2. Wangjiawan Red Army Stone Carving Slogans (Tongjiang County)

Protection Zone: Extend 25 meters outward from all edges of the slogan-bearing rock surface.

Construction Control Zone: Extend 15 meters beyond the Protection Zone.

3. Shamao Stone Red Army Stone Carving Slogans (Tongjiang County)

Protection Zone: Extend 25 meters outward from all edges of the slogan-bearing rock surface.

Construction Control Zone: Extend 15 meters beyond the Protection Zone.

4. Bolinyan Red Army Stone Carving Slogans (Tongjiang County)

Protection Zone: Extend 20 meters backward from the top of the slogan-bearing rock, 10 meters forward from the base, and 30 meters outward from both the first and last characters of the slogan.

20. Red Army Stone Carving Slogan "Strive for a Soviet China" (Tongjiang County)

Protected Area: 10 meters extending backward from the top of the mountain cliff where the slogans are located, and 35 meters to the right of the character "争" (strive) and 15 meters to the left of the character "国" (country); the base at the foot of the cliff extends forward to the river.

Construction Control Zone: 10 meters beyond the protected area.

21. Changshipan Red Army Civil-Military Cooperation Stone Carving Slogan (Tongjiang County)

Protected Area: 15 meters extending backward from the top of the mountain cliff where the slogans are located, 10 meters extending forward from the base at the foot, 10 meters to the right of the character "消" (eliminate), and 20 meters to the left of the character "军" (army).

Construction Control Zone: 10 meters beyond the protected area.

22. Mao Yu City Wall Red Army Stone Carving Slogan (Tongjiang County)

Protected Area: 10 meters extending outward from each end of the city wall where the slogans are located, and 5 meters extending forward and backward.

23. Shuyuan Street Red Army Stone Carving Slogan (Tongjiang County)

Protected Area: 10 meters extending forward, 8 meters extending backward, and 10 meters extending to both sides of the main building of the former Party School site.

Protected area: 20 meters east, 15 meters west from the edge of the word wall, south to the outer edge of the mountain-looping highway, and north to the outer edge of the slope wall.

Protected area: East to the back wall of the Industry and Commerce Office building, south to the stairway entrance of Beishan Temple at the street corner, west to the circular stone wall behind Li Jilin’s house, and north to the granary warehouse wall.

Protected area: Centered on the slogans, extending 15 meters east and south, 2 meters west to the Dayanke stream, and 3 meters north to the cliff.

62. Tianguan Street Red Army Stone Slogan Monument (Enyang District)

Protected area: On the retaining wall where the slogan is embedded, extending 5 meters northwest, 2 meters southeast to the eaves drip line of a residential house, 5 meters northeast to the eaves drip line of another residential house, and 10 meters southwest to the eaves drip line of yet another residential house.

Construction control zone: 30 meters beyond the protected area.

63. Enyang Street Red Army Stone Slogans (Enyang District)

(1) Zhengjie Red Army Stone Slogans

Protected area: Centered on the slogans, extending 8 meters west to the entrance of Residence No. 56, 8 meters east to the eaves of Residence No. 52, 1 meter north to the wooden counter by the door, and 4 meters south to the eaves of Residence No. 51.

Construction control zone: 20 meters beyond the protected area.

(2) Dashikeng Street Red Army Stone Slogans

Protected area: Centered on the slogans, extending 1 meter northwest into a residential house, 3 meters southeast to the center of Dashikeng Street, 10 meters northeast to the first step of the street staircase (downward), and 6 meters southwest to the edge of the Enyang–Sanhui Highway.

Construction control zone: 10 meters beyond the protected area.

(3) Xiàzhèngjiē (Lower Section) Red Army Stone Slogans

Protected area: Centered on the slogans, extending 7 meters west to the steps, 8 meters east to the steps, 5 meters north to the opposite edge of the street, and 1.5 meters south to a residential house.

Construction control zone: 10 meters beyond the protected area.

(4) Xiàzhèngjiē (Upper Section) Red Army Stone Slogans

Protected area: Centered on the slogans, extending 15 meters east to Residence No. 55, 5 meters west to the street steps, 1.5 meters north to a residential house, and 5 meters south to the opposite edge of the street.

Construction control zone: 30 meters beyond the protected area.

(5) Dashikeng Red Army Stone Slogans

Protected area: Centered on the slogans, extending 0.5 meters north to the residence of Yin Zhongyun, 10 meters west to the barbershop of resident Yin Zhongyun, 10 meters east to the hardware store of Chen Yongming, and 3 meters south to the opposite edge of Dashikeng Street.

Construction control zone: 30 meters beyond the protected area.
