ChuanYun Cave Coiling Dragon Bridge

Address: Longtanzi Village, Tangcunba Village, Huojuzhen Town, Tongjiang County (at the junction of Das兴, Mingsheng, and Huojuzhen towns)

ChuanYun Cave Coiling Dragon Bridge spans the southern side of Longtanzi. The northern elevation is 503 meters (measured at the center of the bridge deck). The bridge consists of a circular arch bridge, stone steps, a stone flat bridge, and an approach ramp, with a total length of 21 meters and a width of 2.3 meters, and stands 5.4 meters above the river surface (measured at the center of the arch). The arched section of the bridge deck is 3.8 meters long, with 11 stone steps on each of its eastern and western ends. At the eastern end of the stone steps is a stone flat approach bridge, 4 meters long, 2.3 meters wide, and 0.4 meters thick. Its design carries the charm of small bridges in the Jiangnan region.

Traveling east from Huojuzhen into Tangcunba and crossing Coiling Dragon Bridge will bring you to ChuanYun Cave. Passing through the west cave entrance and exiting the east cave entrance, after walking about 2000 meters along an ancient stone-paved path, you’ll arrive at Duxian Bridge in Xiaoxinchang. Due to its unique geographical location and strategic advantages, ChuanYun Cave became a bustling "small inn" and resting spot for merchants and porters along the ancient Han-Ba Route (Shaanxi Hanzhong – Beiba – Tongjiang Nuoshui River – Banqiaokou – Qingyu – Xiaochang – Fuyang – Caochi – Xiaoxinchang Duxian Bridge – ChuanYun Cave (Coiling Dragon Bridge) – Huojuzhen – Bazhou Guandukou – Qingjiang Ferry – Bazhou administrative center).
