The cliff inscriptions at Desheng City are a cultural relic protection unit of Sichuan Province.

The cliff inscriptions at Desheng City are located in Deshengcheng Village, Yong’an Town, Tongjiang County, Bazhong City, Sichuan Province. Historically a strategic military stronghold, Desheng City was ranked as one of Sichuan’s “Eight Pillars” during the Song Dynasty. The site is most renowned for its historical stone inscriptions, totaling six pieces. These inscriptions were created by notable figures such as Lin Jun, Yu Cheng, and Zhu Dao from the Ming Dynasty, as well as Xu Tingyu from the Qing Dynasty.

Protected Area: Extend 10 meters backward and outward from the mountaintop where the inscriptions at the East Gate are distributed; extend 15 meters to the right and 20 meters forward for Inscription No. 1; extend 15 meters to the left for Inscription No. 6. For the mountaintop where the inscriptions at the South Gate are distributed, extend 10 meters backward and outward; extend 15 meters to the right and 20 meters forward for Inscription No. 1; extend 25 meters to the left for Inscription No. 16.

Construction Control Zone: Extend 30 meters outward from the protected area.
