Protected Area: Bounded by the existing ancient path at Beipo, extending 20 meters upward to the mountain top, 20 meters downward to the road behind Wensheng Township Street, and 10 meters outward on both sides.

Construction Control Zone: The area extending 15 meters outward from the boundary of the protected area is designated as the construction control zone.

Wensheng Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Tongjiang County. Established in 1950 as Wensheng Township, it was restructured as a commune in 1958 and reinstated as a township in 1984. Located in the central part of the county, it is 45 kilometers from the county seat. It covers an area of 50.1 square kilometers with a population of 8,000.
