Protected Area: Extends 10 meters upstream and downstream of the bridge body, 150 meters eastward and westward along the ancient path, and 10 meters on both sides of the ancient path.

Construction Control Zone: Extends 15 meters beyond the protected area on all sides.

Mingsheng Town: A township under the jurisdiction of Tongjiang County. Established as Mingsheng Township in 1951, restructured as a commune in 1958, and restored as a township in 1984. Located in the southwest of the county, it is 21 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 46.6 square kilometers with a population of 16,000, it is traversed by the Tongjiang–Bazhong Highway. The township administers eight village committees—Yinggezui, Xinchang, Caomiao, Zhouziping, Jiaoping, Fangshan, Damushu, and Wulongshan—as well as one neighborhood committee.
