The ruins of Qizhang County Town are a cultural heritage site protected at the municipal level in Bazhong City.

The ruins of Qizhang County Town are located in Group 1, Dongjing Village, Qingjiang Town, Bazhou District. They date back to the Southern Dynasties and are classified as an ancient site.

Protected area: the site extends 400 meters east to Xiaodengzi River, 600 meters south to Nansiya, 40 meters west to Qizhang River, and 100 meters north within the protected zone.

Qingjiang Town: a town under the jurisdiction of Bazhong City. It is one of the provincial pilot towns for small-town development. Established as Qingjiang Township in 1913, it was reorganized as a commune in 1958, restored as a township in 1984, and upgraded to a town in 1986. Located in the northeastern part of the city, it is 28 kilometers from the municipal government. Covering an area of 66.8 square kilometers with a population of 33,000, it is traversed by the provincial highway connecting Bazhong and Dachuan. The town administers 21 village committees including Bailin, Tangba, Youya, Xingya, Fengya, Tielu, Guanshan, Wenchang, Taishan, Kunshan, Jinzi, Huanling, Dongjing, Nanya, Zhengjiashan, Biya, Shiyan, Bajiaowei, Loutai, Baofeng, and Yuanbao, as well as the Haisheng residential committee.
