The Tomb of Prince Li Xian, the Crown Prince Zhanghuai, is located at No. 1 Taizi Road, Nanba Subdistrict Office, Dongcheng Subdistrict Office, Bazhou District. Dating back to the Tang Dynasty, it is categorized as an ancient tomb.

Protected Area: The protected area extends 20 meters east and north of the tomb, and west and south to the existing buildings.
Construction Control Zone: A 50-meter buffer zone surrounding the protected area is designated as the construction control zone.
Dongcheng Subdistrict: Covering an area of 4.2 square kilometers, it borders Bazhou River Bridge No. 1 and Sangyuanba to the east, Jiaoxin Huayuan and Nanquan Temple Street to the south, and the North Gate Sichuan Opera Garden to Binhe South Road to the north. It governs 3 community resident committees, 9 resident groups, 16,130 households, and a population of 60,000. The subdistrict has 8 administrative offices including Party and government affairs, mass organizations, comprehensive governance, safety, social security, civil affairs, service center, and letters and visits, as well as 4 service agencies including finance, justice, family planning, and Dongcheng Police Station.
