Longtan National Forest Park is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction and a national forest park.

The majestic and towering peaks of Guiping Longtan National Forest Park rise in layered ranges. The park features crisscrossing canyons, dense streams, gushing mountain springs, and numerous waterfalls and deep pools. Whether trekking through the canyons, hiking along rugged slopes, or wading in the streams, you can feel a refreshing coolness that invigorates the spirit. Meanwhile, the park’s Grand Canyon rafting takes this coolness to the extreme, offering not only a thrilling, cool, and joyful experience but also a chance to get close to nature and listen to its voice.

Located in the Jintian Forest Farm and Datingshan Flora and Fauna Nature Reserve in the northwest of Guiping City, it is 23 kilometers from the city center. The Tropic of Cancer crosses the southern part of the park. It is the only relatively well-preserved subtropical monsoon evergreen broad-leaved forest area in southeastern Guangxi, acclaimed as a treasure trove of relict plants in the kingdom of flora and fauna and as Guangxi’s Little Xishuangbanna, shining as a radiant green pearl on the Tropic of Cancer.
