The China Automobile (RV) Camping Congress is a professional, authoritative, and industry-guiding automobile (RV) camping event initiated in 2014 by the Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China. The first three editions were successfully held in Beijing, Inner Mongolia, and Hubei respectively. After three years of careful cultivation, the China Automobile (RV) Camping Congress has become an event of great influence and brand impact within the industry. At the “National Sports Tourism Industry Development Conference” held onJuly 6 this year, the General Administration of Sport of China and the National Tourism Administration jointly released the “Belt and Road Sports Tourism Development Action Plan.” Guangxi, as the starting point of the “Maritime Silk Road” and a gateway to ASEAN countries, is actively responding to the call. Against the backdrop of the national self-drive camping “Three Circles and Three Routes” initiative, and with the construction of the “China–ASEAN Automobile and RV Camping Circle” at its core, Guangxi is building a large-scale camping network that backs onto the nation and radiates toward ASEAN. The Fourth China Automobile (RV) Camping Congress, hosted in Guiping, Guangxi, gave birth to the first campsite of the “China–ASEAN Automobile and RV Camping Circle” and marked the inaugural year of the camping circle’s construction. Taking this opportunity, the Guangxi automobile camping site network will undergo comprehensive development, using the integrated growth of the sports tourism industry to drive the transformation and upgrading of related service and manufacturing sectors. Through the “China–ASEAN Automobile and RV Camping Circle,” it will promote exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in sports tourism, embodying the peaceful development spirit of the “Belt and Road.”
