Shangguo Village

The village has many economically capable individuals spread across various industries. With over 1,500 acres of economic fruit trees planted, just this one sector enables more than 35% of households to earn an annual income of over 1,000 yuan. The per capita annual income of villagers is 20,000 yuan, with 95% of households living in buildings. The village owns a total of over 50 cars and more than 200 computers, over 98% of households have color televisions, and the penetration rate of motorcycles exceeds 95%. In recent years, the village has improved its overall appearance and upgraded its infrastructure, achieving hardened, greened, beautified, cleaned, and illuminated village roads, giving the village a completely renewed look. In April 2012, it hosted the highly popular first Azalea Festival of Zhongsha Town.
