Protected Area: West from Hou Tu (Earth God Shrine), extending 60 meters east-west and 30 meters north-south (15 meters from the burial mound on both sides)
Construction Control Zone: The area 25 meters outside the protected area is designated as the construction control zone.

Xishan Town: Xishan Town is located in the central to northwest part of Guiping City, situated within the urban area, and is an urban-rural combination town. It is named after the famous national Xishan Scenic Area. The town covers a total area of 287 square kilometers, governs 13 administrative villages and 149 natural settlements, and is divided into three main parts: mountainous, plain, and urban areas. It currently has a population of 98,000, including 57,000 agricultural residents and 41,000 migrant (including non-agricultural) residents, making it a large town integrating agriculture, industry, commerce, trade, processing, transportation, services, catering, and tourism.
