Mapi Township: Mapi Township was established in 1987 after being split from Shizui Town. It is located in the eastern part of Guiping City and borders four townships: Mugui, Mule, Shizui, and Shepo. The Nanning–Wuzhou Second-Class Highway runs east–west through the township, making transportation very convenient. It covers a total area of 63 square kilometers, with 1,723 hectares of arable land. The township administers 8 administrative villages and 142 villager groups, with a total population of 40,100, comprising Han and Zhuang ethnic groups. There are 4 nursing homes, 1 health clinic, 1 junior high school, and 8 primary schools in the township, employing over 200 faculty members and serving more than 6,000 students.
