Address: Located on the Xunjiang Terrace, about 300 meters northwest of Hengjiang Village in the northeast of Mugu Town

Protected Area: The elevated western part of the site, extending 200 meters from east to west, and 40 meters southward from the northern edge of the Xunjiang Riverbank as the boundary.

Construction Control Zone: An additional 30 meters beyond the protected area is designated as the construction control zone.

Mugu Town: Mugu Town is located in the northeast of Guiping, covering a total area of 110 square kilometers. It borders Shangdu Town and Xin Qiao Farm of Pingnan County to the east; connects to Mule Town to the south; neighbors Mapi and Shizui Towns to the west; and faces Jiangkou Town and Si Jie Township of Pingnan County across the Xunjiang River to the north. The town government is 45 kilometers from downtown Guiping. The town administers 12 villages with a total of 228 villager groups and has a population of 67,000.

Mugu Town enjoys convenient transportation. The Xunjiang River flows through five administrative villages, and the town has two docks: Hejiang Ferry and Mugu Market Dock.
