Address: Located on the earthen ridges in areas such as Xiamao, Malutang, and Chimingling in Weiyang Village, Luoxiu Town, Guiping City.

Protected Area: The protected area extends from the side of the Guiping (Pingnan)–Rong (County) Highway in the south, to Maluling in the north, to Xiamao in the east, and to Chimingling in the west.

Construction Control Zone: The construction control zone is the same as the protected area.

Luoxiu Town: Luoxiu Town is located in the southeastern part of Guiping City, bordering the territories of both Pingnan County and Rong County, covering an area of 185 square kilometers. Established as a market during the Wanli era of the Ming Dynasty, it was originally called Tongji and later renamed Luoxiu (meaning “embroidered show”) due to the area’s abundant production of silk, embroidery, and brocade. It lies 61 kilometers from the county seat. The road from Guiping to Rong County, Yulin, and Guangzhou passes through this town. It governs 21 village committees, with a total population of 70,449 people (as of the end of 2004), including 2,069 non-agricultural residents, and a natural population growth rate of 7.99‰.
