Introduction Located atop Tiedingjiao Mountain on the southern bank of the Xijiang River, it was built in the fourth year of the Daoguang reign during the Qing Dynasty (1824). Constructed from blue bricks, the pagoda has a hexagonal shape and stands seven stories tall, reaching a height of 34 meters. Each level features lotus-patterned relief carvings along the eaves, creating a spectacular sight. The first floor bears the inscription "Wenluan Songxiu," carved by Yuan Weishuan, the magistrate of Wuzhou during the Qing Dynasty. The second floor originally had a plaque inscribed with the pagoda’s name "Bingwei Pagoda" (now missing), which was written and engraved by Chen Jichang, a top imperial scholar from the Qing Dynasty and former transport commissioner of Guangxi.
