Longhuai Reservoir Scenic Area is located 3.5 kilometers southwest of Futang Township Government in Liuxiang County, and 26 kilometers from Labao County. Visitors can take a bus from Labao to Futang, get off at Futang Street, and then transfer to a tricycle to reach the reservoir directly. Alternatively, they can hire a car directly from Labao.

The verdant and scenic Longhuai Reservoir was built in 1960, covering a water surface of over 3,000 mu and a storage capacity of 33.35 million cubic meters. The reservoir area offers recreational facilities such as fishing and sightseeing boat rides. The shores are planted with peach blossoms, azaleas, and Japanese cherry blossoms, which create a sea of flowers during blooming seasons, making picnics and barbecues here feel like a paradise. The hillside and waterside Longhuai Holiday Resort can accommodate 100 guests, and features a restaurant that seats 160 people and a meeting room that accommodates 350.
