The ancient city site of Chuanshan is located about 39 kilometers southeast of Liuzhou County and approximately 1 kilometer from the seat of the People's Government of Chuanshan Township. It was discovered during a cultural relics survey in 1981. The site is rectangular in shape, measuring about 40 meters in length from north to south and around 30 steps in width from east to west. It was discovered during a cultural relics survey in 1981. The site is rectangular in shape, measuring about 40 meters in length from north to south and around 30 steps in width from east to west. The city walls were built with rammed earth. Today, remnants of the wall still stand, extending over 60 meters in length and reaching heights of 0.5 to 0.8 meters. There is a moat on the western side of the city, 1.5 meters wide and 1 meter deep. Fragments of Ming Dynasty ceramics have been found within the site.
