Changmei Second Village: Originally known as the October Brigade, the village adopted its current name in 1983 when the brigade system was abolished and townships were established. It is located in the southeastern part of Changmei, bordered by Fengxi to the east, Fengyang and Guxiang of Chao’an County to the west, Huxia to the south, and both Changmei First Village and Fuzhong Village of Guxiang Town to the north. The Anfeng Highway runs through the village, dividing it into two sections, while the old course of the Xixi River winds in from the northeast to the eastern part of the village.
