Located next to the former residence of Dr. Sun Yat-sen in Cuiheng Village, Nanlang Town, Zhongshan City covers an area of 300 acres. It is a new-themed cultural tourism destination that centers around the revolutionary life of the great Dr. Sun Yat-sen, integrating sightseeing, patriotic education, and film and television production.

It is mainly divided into five major parts: the China Area, Japan Area, Britain Area, America Area, and the Exhibition Hall Area.

China Area

The China Area condenses memorial sites related to Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s revolutionary activities in China. It features the Historical Photo Exhibition Hall of the 1911 Revolution, the Historical Exhibition Hall of the Zhongshan Warship, and the Photo Exhibition Hall of the TV series "Sun Yat-sen."

Japan Area

The Japan Area mainly consists of a Japanese main street, Japanese alleys, and a shrine hall, all designed and built with reference to the architectural style of Japan’s Meiji Restoration period, exuding a strong oriental flavor.

Britain Area

The Britain Area reflects the simple and elegant British architectural style. Attractions within the area such as the London Police Station, the Qing Dynasty Embassy in Britain, and the site where Sun Yat-sen was detained in London showcase his revolutionary footsteps during that time.

America Area

The America Area mainly includes streets rich in New York urban character, Western American town-style streets, and America Street, reflecting the local customs and culture of the United States as an immigrant nation.

Exhibition Hall Area

The Exhibition Hall Area mainly consists of Exhibition Hall No. 1 and No. 2. They respectively display the historical footprints of Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s revolutionary activities and highlights from major films and TV dramas filmed in Zhongshan City.

Performances

Zhongshan City carefully plans and arranges more than ten colorful performances every day, including war scene reenactments, modern cavalry shows, Japanese kendo performances, and variety shows showcasing the ethnic customs of multiple minority groups in China, offering visitors a spectacular visual feast.

Film and Television Production

Zhongshan City is a well-known film and television production base and film tourism destination in southern China. It has recently been awarded the title of “Top Ten Film Cities in China,” becoming the only film city in Guangdong Province to rank among the top ten nationally. Famous productions filmed here include "Sun Yat-sen," "Stormy Hearts of China," "The Mother of the Nation – Soong Ching Ling," "The Guangzhou Uprising," and "Xian Xinghai."

Cuiheng Village: Cuiheng Village is under the jurisdiction of Nanlang Town, Zhongshan City. It is located in the southeastern part of Zhongshan City and also in the southeast of Nanlang Town. To the east is the Lingdingyang of the Pearl River Estuary, facing Qi’ao Island of Zhuhai City across the sea; to the south is Jinding Town of Zhuhai City; to the west is Wuguishan Mountain; and to the northeast is Yekou Village. The Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway runs east of the village. The Zhonggong Highway runs through the village. Cui Shan Road connects the Zhonggong Highway to the east and Chenggui Highway to the west, passing by the edge of the Yixian Reservoir. It is a key hub for water and land transportation in the southeastern part of Zhongshan City.
