Luming Lake is located in Baixi Village, Banfu Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong Province. The scenic area is embraced by mountains, where streams converge, offering lush greenery, clear springs, unique rocks, bamboo forests, and the chirping of birds and fragrance of flowers. With its abundant water resources, nature and human effort have created a pristine lake, presenting picturesque landscapes of shimmering water and rolling hills. Nearby, other natural attractions such as the Eight Scenic Spots of Zhongshan—Moonlit Nantai, Hometown of Luming, Ermenkan Reservoir, Qinji Pond Reservoir, and the Baixi Water Channel—complement one another beautifully. There are also historical and cultural sites that span ancient times to the Ming Dynasty, including a Neolithic-era sand dune site, ancient tile kiln ruins from the Ming and Qing periods, the remains of an ancient "water-powered pestle" used for hulling rice, and the magnificent tomb of He Shuxuan from the Ming Dynasty (a protected cultural relic of Zhongshan City), all rich in history and intrigue. Local lore says, “Baini坑 (Baixi Village) came before Xiangshan City.” Together, these elements form a vivid and moving natural tapestry.

Baixi Village: Baixi Village is located in the southeastern part of Banfu Town, covering an area of approximately 10 square kilometers (including mountainous and forested land). Both National Highway 105 and the Guangzhou-Zhuhai Western Expressway run through the village, which is about 2 kilometers from the Gushen Highway, ensuring very convenient transportation. To the east lies the Wuguishan Ecological Reserve, and to the west is the Qijiang River, giving it a prime geographical location. Baixi Village is divided into eight natural villages: Bainikeng, Xundi Huan, Huangmaogang, Bafanzhou, HuZhua, Taiping Huan, Shapu, and ShanKeng, and includes 11 villager groups.
