“Yuyan Family Fruit Manor” is located in Xinjian Village, Minzhong Town, Zhongshan City. It is a new-type agricultural sightseeing orchard developed and built by Zhongshan Yuyan Family Agricultural Eco-Tourism Development Co., Ltd. Covering an area of over 300 acres, it is the largest fruit-picking park in Minzhong Town in terms of overall size, with a relatively mature variety and abundance of fruits.

“Yuyan Family Fruit Manor” currently offers more than ten varieties of fruits, mainly including red-flesh pitaya, Summer Black grapes, guava, papaya, figs, jujubes, oranges, imperial oranges, longan, and lychee. The peak harvest season is from June to December each year. Most of the varieties are introduced from abroad or Taiwan, making them well-suited to the climate of Minzhong Town. Coupled with the water sources from the tens of thousands of acres of pollution-free, factory-free farmland protection zones near the eastern coastal area of Minzhong Town, every visitor who comes to pick fruits can enjoy sweet, juicy produce with unforgettable flavors on the spot.

Xinjian Village: Xinjian Village is located in the eastern part of Minzhong Town, with a total population of 4,222 and 960 households, divided into 15 villager groups. At the end of 2001, in accordance with higher-level requirements, Xinjian Village was formed through the adjustment and merger of the former Xinhua Natural Village, Xinmin Natural Village, and the Sanjiao Xinlian Diaogeng Village. The entire village consists of 8 natural weirs, with a total weir length of about 30 kilometers.
