Standing in front of the gate tower of Triangle Mountain Park, the couplet that reads “Where three rivers converge at Flower-Fruit Mountain, the land is divine and waters are clear; where wrestling showcases the Kylin dance, joy fills the air with song and cheer” stands out vividly, instantly conjuring images of a newly poetic and picturesque Triangle. As you ascend the steps, lush green trees, blooming flowers, and birdsong greet you on both sides, while the refreshing scent of nature wafts through the air. Artificial attractions such as pavilions, terraces, towers, and buildings are scattered throughout, along with outdoor fitness facilities including hiking trails and sports grounds. Whether you’re here for leisurely hikes or active wellness, Triangle Mountain Park is an excellent ecological destination for exercise and relaxation.

From the mountaintop, you can gaze into the distance, taking in the surrounding mountains, nearby waters, and the sky reflected upon them. Watch the sunrise at dawn and the sunset at dusk, with the beautiful pristine landscape of Dashatian unfolding before your eyes.

It is understood that Triangle Mountain Wellness Park has been constructed in three phases since 2012, covering an area of approximately 133,800 square meters. It is an ecological park developed by Triangle Town, integrating tourism, dining, culture, and entertainment. The first phase, with an investment of 3 million yuan, included the construction of the memorial archway gate tower, entrance square, parking lot, Xiaoyi Pavilion, Wellness Platform, Red Cross Pavilion, lighting landscapes, and greening projects. The stone stairway for hiking is about 180 meters long and officially opened to the public on National Day 2012. The second phase, with an investment of 1 million yuan, involved the construction of a 335-meter flat stone path downhill, 150-meter stone stairway, railings, handrails, landscape lighting, and greening enhancements, officially launching on Mid-Autumn Festival 2013. Before New Year’s Day 2014, the Yingcai Platform, Charity Pavilion, promotional wall, and leisure stone benches were completed and put into use. Two new bronze statues—the “Confucius” statue and the Eastern Han Dynasty’s “Kong Rong Yielding the Pear” statue—were also erected at the observation deck. The third phase, with an investment of 1 million yuan, involved the creation of two new mountain paths extending southward from the Red Cross Pavilion: one stretching about 100 meters to another hilltop, and the other extending approximately 300 meters southeast to the Guanyin Temple at the mountain’s base. Along the routes, 18 new street lamps and about 140 meters of downhill railings were installed. These have now been completed and are in use.
