Martyr Liu Yinsheng’s Tomb is a cultural heritage protection unit of Yanling County.

Martyr Liu Yinsheng’s Tomb is located at the summit of Paoloudun Mountain in Xiaping Village, Ceyuan Township. The tomb site was renovated in 1982 and is now a county-level cultural heritage protection unit. Liu Yinsheng (1904–1928) was born into a peasant family in Xiaping Village, Ceyuan Township, Ling County. He once served as the secretary of the Special Branch of the Communist Party of China at the Third Normal School of Hunan Province, the secretary of the Youth League general branch at middle schools in Hengyang, the president of the Xiangnan Students’ Federation, a member of the Communist Youth League Hengyang Regional Committee, a member of the Communist Party of China Xiangnan Special Committee, the secretary of the Communist Youth League Hengyang Regional Committee, and the head of youth work for the Special Committee.

Ceyuan Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Yanling County. In 1949, it was known as Zhending Township; in 1952, it was part of the Fifth District; in 1958, it was renamed Ceyuan Commune; and in 1984, the township was re-established. It is located in the eastern part of the county, 44 kilometers from the county seat, covering an area of 198 square kilometers with a population of 6,000. The township government is stationed in Ciqi Yao. The area is accessible by road. It administers 11 village committees: Shangdong, Liangqiao, Xiaping, Rongtang, Pinghu, Zhuyuan, Changxing, Daokeng, Dongling, Huangcao, and Lishuzhou. The region boasts abundant forest resources. Local township enterprises include factories producing ferroalloys, furniture, power stations, bamboo and wood building materials, canned bamboo shoots in clear broth, bamboo mats, and edible fungi.
