Former Office Building of the Shuikoushan Lead-Zinc Mine

The former office building of the Shuikoushan Lead-Zinc Mine is located in the northeastern part of the mine site, facing south with a north orientation, and covers an area of 494 square meters. It features a cruciform floor plan, is a two-story brick-and-wood structure with a green-tiled roof, and includes an insulating and leak-proof layer on the top. The exterior walls are made of red bricks, while the interior walls are finished with white lime plaster. Constructed in 1953, it originally functioned as the office building of the Shuikoushan Lead-Zinc Mine. After the 1980s, it was repurposed as the retirement union center for mine workers, serving as a recreational space for retirees. It was discontinued in the 1990s. On March 5, 2013, it was designated as a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level by the State Council.

Protected Area: Starting from the foundation of the outer walls of the building, the protected zone extends 15 meters in all four directions.

Construction Control Zone: Extends 30 meters beyond the boundaries of the protected area in all four directions.
