Introduction:

Daoguanhe Scenic Area is located 20 kilometers east of Xinzhou County and 69 kilometers from downtown Wuhan, covering a total area of 47.88 square kilometers. It boasts beautiful mountains and clear waters, with picturesque scenery. The scenic area features one lake, two caves, three temples, three pools, four springs, six cliffs, ten streams, and seventy-two peaks. Daoguanhe Lake covers an area of 4 square kilometers. Artificial attractions include Bao'en Chan Temple, Zixia Temple, a summer resort, and curved corridor pavilions. The main peak of General Mountain stands at 675 meters above sea level, making it the highest peak in the Wuhan area, and it has now been designated as a national forest park. Daoguanhe Reservoir has a vast water surface, and taking a boat tour offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding hills.

Transportation:

Take suburban tourist bus line 2 from the Wuhan Passenger Transport Port Long-Distance Bus Station, which goes directly to Daoguanhe Scenic Area in Xinzhou. The first departure is at 9:00 AM daily, with a one-way fare of 18 RMB per person.
