Tzihu Sports Center

Tzihu Sports Center is a cultural and tourism attraction.

Tzihu Sports Center is located in Houhu Township, Jiang’an District. It served as one of the competition venues for the 6th National City Games in 2007 and is the city’s largest public sports and fitness park. Covering a total area of 745 mu, it includes plans for a Public Fitness Building (a four-story frame structure with a construction area of 48,000 square meters); the main facilities comprise six sports competition venues, five warm-up training fields, a 10,000-square-meter management center building, a 7,000-square-meter shooting training hall, approximately 40,000 square meters of public fitness areas, and more, with a total investment of 630 million yuan. The center also features a Management Command Building (a six-story frame structure with a construction area of 10,500 square meters); auxiliary buildings covering 5,000 square meters; as well as competition venues including two softball fields, two hockey fields, seventeen tennis courts, one archery field, and one clay pigeon shooting field.
