The former site of the Central-South Bureau Guesthouse is a cultural relic protection unit of Hubei Province.

Former Site of the Central-South Bureau Guesthouse

Located in Jiang’an District, Wuhan. In February 1953, the Ministry of Public Security of the Central-South Bureau established the Central-South Bureau Guesthouse here to accommodate visiting central and foreign dignitaries. Comrades such as Mao Zedong, Liu Shaoqi, and Luo Ruiqing once stayed at this location. The site was originally built in the early 1930s as a Western-style villa with a brick-concrete structure. It holds significant historical and artistic value. (Fifth Batch)
