The former residence of Feng Yuxiang in Wuhan is a cultural tourism attraction.

The former residence of Feng Yuxiang in Wuhan is located in Courtyard No. 8, Qianjia Street, Wuchang. From November 1937 to September 1938, General Feng Yuxiang, a renowned military strategist and patriotic general during the Republic of China period, resided here.

The former residence of General Feng Yuxiang is a Western-style building that faces south. It is a two-story brick-and-wood structure with blue bricks and red tiles, and its base and string course are constructed from granite. On the southern side, there is a round-arched covered corridor. The building covers a construction area of 1,338.89 square meters, was completed in 1926, and at the time served as the residential building for clergy of the Wuchang Qianjia Street Gospel Church, which belonged to the British Methodist Church in Wuhan.

Feng Yuxiang (1882–1948), originally named Jishan and styled Huanzhang, was a native of Chaohu, Anhui, but was born in Xingji Town, Qing County, Hebei. In the 10th year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty (1884), he moved to Baoding with his father and grew up in Xikanggezhuang Village, the eastern suburbs of Baoding. Coming from a poor family, he joined the Baoding Fifth Battalion in the 22nd year of Guangxu (1896) and transferred to the Right Wing of the Imperial Guards Army in the 28th year of Guangxu (1902). He held various positions including sentry leader, company commander, and battalion commander. In the 3rd year of the Xuantong reign (1911), after the outbreak of the Wuchang Uprising, he joined forces with Wang Jinming, Shi Congyun, and others to launch an uprising in Luanzhou in response.
