Qiufang

Qiufang, with “white flowers splashing on waves” to the west and “a red-leaf forest enveloping the woods” to the east. These famous lines are excerpted from the poem “Lu Shiyu and Cui Pingshi Hosted a Banquet for Me at Yellow Crane Tower, After Which We Gazed at the Scenery Together” by Tang Dynasty poet Bai Juyi: “White flowers splash on waves at Toutu Temple; a red-leaf forest envelops Parrot Islet.” The inscribed text was written by Huang Delin and Han Baidun. …
