White Cloud Dawn Moon

Heading north along the highway from Forest Square, you’ll find two east-west, north-south oriented peaks, with a 300-meter-long, 80-meter-high dam lying between them. This is the centerpiece of the Baiyun Lake Leisure Center — “White Cloud Dawn Moon.” Baiyun Reservoir spans over 300 acres, featuring a vast water surface that remains warm in winter and cool in summer. In the sunny days of March, red, white, blue, purple, and other colored flowers and plants, together with the green pines, are reflected in the water, creating a spectacular view. The lake embraces the white clouds and green mountains, while moonlight reflects the glow of the ancient temple. The moon walks on the lake, people stroll in the moonlight — the moon is hazy, the water is hazy, and so are the people. White Cloud Dawn Moon is one of the four major leisure centers in the resort area, where a hotel and a golf driving range are currently under construction.
