Greenview Landscape

The Greenview Landscape project is located at the southern foot of Mangshan Mountain in the northwest of Zhengzhou, 5 kilometers north of the Yellow River Scenic Area and 15 kilometers south of the city’s North Ring Road. With a total planned area of 2,810 mu, the development is scheduled to span 5–8 years. It is a mixed-use real estate project integrating tourism, vacation, business, sports, and leisure.

The Greenview Landscape project engaged globally renowned Australian Five Star International Group and Zhejiang University Urban-Rural Planning and Design Research Institute to oversee the overall landscaping design. It plans to develop into a top-tier residential community that combines living and leisure vacation through various channels such as leasing and cooperation. The site features four rivers, nine lakes, a 200-mu children's country park, a 200-mu Yellow River Cultural Park, a 600-mu sports and leisure park, over 600 mu of water surfaces, 800 mu of landscaped forest, and nearly one million plants of various species. With lush vegetation and a wide variety of plants, the forest coverage rate reaches 68%. In 2002, it was rated as a provincial-level forest park by the Provincial Forestry Department. It is currently the only real estate project in Zhengzhou that boasts a large expanse of natural ecology.
