The Dream Garden Flower Sea Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The Dream Garden Flower Sea Scenic Area is located at the intersection of the Luoji Expressway and the Lianyungang–Khorgas Expressway in Chaoyang Town, Mengjin.

The Dream Garden Flower Sea Scenic Area was developed and invested in by Luoyang Flower Sea Years Cultural Industry Co., Ltd., and is situated at the intersection of the Luoji Expressway and the Lianyungang–Khorgas Expressway in Luoyang City. Established in October 2012, the scenic area spans over 1,200 acres. Leveraging its excellent ecological environment and themed around the “Four Seasons Flower Sea,” the area features traditional cultural architecture and has been developed into a comprehensive flower-themed amusement park in Luoyang. It also offers interactive recreational activities and relaxing lifestyle experiences. The scenic area is designed around the themes of seasonal flower seas and leisure play, integrating a variety of attractions such as multi-species flower seas, the Four-Faced Buddha, the Peony Courtyard, landscape water systems, Swan River Valley, beaches, the Wang Duo Art Research Institute, a Bronze Museum, and a water park. Among these, the Bronze Museum will become the only museum in China dedicated to bronzeware. A multifunctional conference center is currently under construction west of the visitor center, which will accommodate over 1,000 participants upon completion, making it a premier conference venue in Luoyang. It is scheduled to be completed and put into use during the 2019 Flower Festival.

Thanks to its natural gully and high-slope landforms, the terrain and landscapes of the Dream Garden Flower Sea Scenic Area are ingeniously adapted to the contours of the hills, creating undulating elevations. The Swan Lake, high-cliff waterfalls, and layered green hills enhance the scenery. The garden is planted with plum blossoms, moss phlox, lavender, roses, peonies, floribunda roses, velvet flowers (velvet tassel flower), forming various styles of flower seas that integrate the four elements of “sightseeing, recreation, landscape, and ecology.” Standing amid thousands of acres of blooming flowers, visitors feel as if they are in a serene, picturesque paradise—this is the unique charm of the Dream Garden Flower Sea Scenic Area.
