Huimeng Silver Beach is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Huimeng Silver Beach is located in Li Village, Huimeng Town. The scenic area lies to the south of Mangshan Mountain, borders the Yellow River to the north, connects to Zhengzhou (the provincial capital) to the east, and links up with the renowned Xiaolangdi Dam and Xixiayuan Water Control Project on the Yellow River to the west. Both the Lianyungang–Khorgas Expressway (G30) and the Er’guang Expressway (G55) run through the town. The area boasts profound historical and cultural heritage, a superior geographical location, favorable natural conditions, and abundant agricultural and sideline products. It is known as the “Jiangnan of Heluo, Land of Fish and Rice.” This is an ecological park integrating comprehensive planting and breeding, tourism, sightseeing, leisure, and vacation. It mainly includes various zones such as lotus root cultivation areas, rice growing areas, aquaculture areas, and agricultural (recreational) experience project areas. It has been designated as a national AAA-level tourist attraction, a five-star leisure agriculture and rural tourism park in China, a model household for rural tourism in China, a gold-medal agritainment establishment for rural tourism in China, a leisure sightseeing park in Henan Province, a demonstration leisure farm for rural tourism in Henan Province, a demonstration household for tourism-based poverty alleviation in Henan Province, a demonstration leisure agriculture park in Luoyang City, and a demonstration urban ecological agriculture park in Luoyang City.
