In early spring, peach and plum blossoms vie in brilliance, intoxicating with their fragrance, while fresh foliage carpets the ground and a hazy mist envelops the woods—just as the poet of Jian’nanzh described: “Amid willows dark and flowers bright, there lies yet another village.”
