As spring arrives, if you’re looking for the warmest flower-filled holiday, now is the perfect time to plan a trip to Thailand. In Thailand, besides visiting the most popular nearby cities around Bangkok to experience some of the local enchanting scenery, you can also head to the sunflower farms in the central region to admire the brilliant sea of blooming sunflowers. Generally, Thailand's sunflower season depends on weather conditions, typically starting around November and lasting until January or February of the following year.

Lopburi’s Nong Khai Chaisi sub-district, about a two-hour drive from Bangkok, is usually the first spot where sunflowers begin to bloom. Most of the sunflower farms here offer free entry, while some provide additional services such as pony rides and mini tractor tours of the farms. There are also stalls selling sunflower oil, seeds, fruits, food, and drinks. In addition, Lopburi’s Phatthana Nikhom District, Chai Badan District, and Khok Samrong District, along with Saraburi, are also excellent spots for viewing sunflower fields.
